C & K Casualty Insurance Agency has been in business since 1982. We have been at the same location, 103 East Fourth Street for 20 years. We are an Independent Company and a member of the Big I, Independents Agents Group. As a member of Big I, we are given the opportunity to connect with many quality companies as well as stay up to date on continuing education and insurance changes that are going on in the state.
This past year we were proud to hear the many praises of our customers regarding satisfaction of handling of their claims after the catastrophic storm. I, the agent, returned the day after the storm to be available as soon as possible for my customers when they returned home and needed information to get claims filed.
We will continue to serve our customers in personal lines, although we have contracted with several excellent commercial companies this year. If you are in the trucking business or know someone that is, have them give us a call.
Through the years our business has grown through word of mouth, and we have made a lot of friends in our customer base. We hope to continue serving the area for many years to come.
